Job Description
- Develop Nodejs applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, test, and support new features.
- Develop the most effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Participate and lead project estimating activities, software design reviews, code reviews to ensure that solutions are designed to meet business needs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely.
- Report directly to the supervisor(s) and project manager if required.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in modern web development technologies and have strong knowledge of NodeJS (ExpressJS, SocketIO).
- Experience in Web Services (RESTful, SOAP).
- Experience in MySQL, SQL Server.
- Experience in Git, SVN.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings and provide effort estimates for JIRA tickets.
- Solid understanding of cross browsers/cross-platform compatibility issues.
- Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision.
- Good written and reading skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in working with any frontend side of AngularJS, and ReactJS is a big plus.
- Experience in any Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, or XML is a plus.
- Experience in working with any backend side of NestJS, EggJS is a big plus.
- Good verbal skill in English is a plus.
